Samways Surveying Ltd was formed in 2004 with the aim of providing professional Building Surveying services to a variety of clients. Since then we have cemented our reputation in the area as a professional practice that can be trusted to provide a reliable service working to high standards.

We have a wealth of experience in commercial and residential property and find our customers repeatedly entrust us with the needs of their property or construction project.

OUR CLIENTS

Most of our clients are repeat customers where companies and individuals use our services time and time again. We pride ourselves on this repeat business.

We act for business owners, property management companies, developers, charities, property investors and private homeowners. Our core clients are in the Poole-Bournemouth conurbation, however we travel across the south in our work.

OUR PROJECTS

Our appointments cover a multitude of different projects and building types. At one end of the spectrum we carry out one-off Building Surveys and extension projects for residential customers and at the other end we design and project manage new builds and refurbishment projects for commercial clients. In between, there are a whole host of services we offer in connection with Landlord and Tenant issues, Party Wall matters, Insurance reinstatement cost assessments and building defect analysis.
